God Warns

 

    God is just.  He never gives out judgment without warning.  Here is the thing though, the Bible is what lays out the standard.  It sets the rules for life.  It does not change because God does not change.  People can try to change it like they have the history books, but it will not work.  He will always let you know when you have overstepped and give you a chance to change before inflicting judgment.

    Sometimes we are required to act on faith.  Things will not always make sense.  Sometimes you may be flat out confused, but you are still expected to follow God.  It may be a test of obedience.  Eventually it will make sense.  Sometimes you learn things.  Sometimes it is a warning.  Sometimes it is just for preparation or to grow your faith.  You never know what the future holds, so gather your faith and strength now.  

    When you refuse to obey, then it is time for justice.  He will punish according to the mistake, sin, or crime.  It will be just and fair even if you think it is not.  It is according to the heart of the person and the sin.  We can only see and understand so much.  God always knows more.  However rejecting God does lead to poor life choices like drunkenness.  It is a downward spiral.  

    If you ignore God's warnings is a sign of pride.  It will turn your life into turmoil.  You will stumble around in the dark getting hurt along the way.  Anxiety may consume you.  God will not show pity once He inflicts justice.  The time for mercy and compassion will be over until you confess your sins.  

    Pay attention to God's Word and His warnings.  Do not allow arrogance or lust into your heart.  Instead, give God the glory in all things because He is the light in your life.  The consequences of ignoring God and declining a life of faith is eternal exile.  

    All the good in the world is from God.  Don't forget and start following idols, seeking shameful acts, or a life of sin.  don't let sin of adultery, lustful coveting, or prostitution blind you.  It displays an animalistic spiritual lifestyle.  Instead choose to live a clean and pure life that is pleasing to God.
