God is compassionate. He shows us compassion every day. We can choose to see it or ignore it and focus on everything that did not go our way in life. It is not always that easy, but it is that simple. It is our choice because God never changes.
When you focus on God's compassion then your soul can sing praises and you have life building words coming out of your mouth. You recognize that all the good things in your life are from Him. You can admit that you are blessed. God has compassion on the righteous, helpless, needy, and the oppressed. He delivers us from evil.
God's compassion enables you to trust in God with all your hopes. He sets you free from your own personal prison and your eternal one. He will open your eyes to what you need to see and understand in this world if you want it. He teaches what love is. How can you not praise God for that?
