For those that acknowledge that God exist, I think there is a period where we ask ourselves what does God want from me. You may feel like you cant do anything right. You may feel like he does not care. Feelings have a way of influencing how we regard God. However, we need to take the feelings out of the thinking and look at the facts or character of God.
After Paul's conversion, he never questioned what God expected out of him. We can get to that point too. God wants us to believe in Him. He wants us to stir up people to get them thinking. He wants us to stop the poison of lies about Him.
You can see that you are on the path God laid out for you when you see His miracles, signs, and wonders of the world. It is a beautiful and we need to see His hand in it. As your faith grows, you may be able to lay hands on people to heal them. There is so much power in prayer.
If God choses to do miraculous things through you, it is because you have proven that you are accountable with faith that is willing to face whatever life throws at you. Allow other believers to help you throughout your journey. No one is meant to face this world alone. God created us to need each other. (Acts 14:1-21)
"In Iconium they entered the Jewish synagogue, as usual, and spoke in such a way that a great number of both Jews and Greeks believed. 2 But the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers. 3 So they stayed there a long time and spoke boldly for the Lord, who testified to the message of his grace by enabling them to do signs and wonders. 4 But the people of the city were divided, some siding with the Jews and others with the apostles. 5 When an attempt was made by both the Gentiles and Jews, with their rulers, to mistreat and stone them, 6 they found out about it and fled to the Lycaonian towns of Lystra and Derbe and to the surrounding countryside. 7 There they continued preaching the gospel." Acts 14: 1-7 (CSB)
