Cleansing Water

God wants His people to understand purity and cleanliness.  It is important to Him that we are able to distinguish between sin and holy.  We need discernment about what is good and best.  He gave us an outline on how best to live, but we have to use discernment and wisdom to fill in all the gaps.
God commanded the Israelites to bring flawless sacrifices.  It is to represent the purity of heart, but it also as a factor of loss for people.  We cherish things and beauty is usually one of those things.  God needs us to put Him over all the things we cherish.  That might require giving up things you love.
The price of sin has always been blood.  Sin stains just like blood.  They had to be willing to give up their most valuable, beautiful, and profitable stock to be forgiven for sin.  It took innocent blood to replace their tainted sinful blood.  The blood would be sprinkled and the priest would be unclean until sundown for the redemption of the sinner.  It was the only way to purify sin.  Sin always has a heavy price.
To be purified from the slaughtered blood, the priest would have to wash themselves in water.  Water washes away impurities ans stains of sin.  Water feels refreshing.  It can change an outlook in life.  Cleansing water does not have to be ritual, but it can allow you to see God with a clean perspective.  It separates the impurities from what is pure.
