There is only one God, but he has a lot of characteristics to emphasize His name. In the days of the Bible, each of those characteristics provided a different name to use when talking about God or praying to Him. God the stronghold in Hebrew is Misgab.
Misgab is the name you can use when addressing God in a prayer when you need deliverance, rescue, or protection. Using this name acknowledges that fact that you are aware that He is the one that delivers you from evil. He rescues us from those that love bloodshed.
When you pray in faith, it doesn't matter what you enemies have against you. God has the power to destroy their plans. God hears the plans and laughs at their efforts. That should give you comfort because no matter how bad things are, they could always be worse. The rage of evil will consume itself.
Instead of focusing on what is going wrong, could go wrong, or the mess you are in choose to focus on what God is doing in and around your life right now. Trust that He will take care of the people that wrong you. You don't have to take matters into your own hands. Instead focus on His strength and finding an inner peace in all situations.
