Do you trust anyone without question? The amount of trust that you have in people tells a lot about you. Your ability to trust describes your character, parts of your life story, and your ability to be flexible with changes in life. It is one thing to trust people, emphasizing leaders. We need to, but with boundaries from past experiences, their character, and reputation. It is different when it comes to trusting God. That trust needs to be blind.
You should be able to trust your leadership: Government, Religion, Education, Employment. It is vital that we place honorable people in those positions and help them grow and develop into great leaders. If we take people that just look good on paper, then we are setting up the entire system to fail. Most people will put their own self-interest above their people. We need to avoid leadership like that. We need to be able to forgive and move forward, but the leader needs to live a life of forgiveness.
If you want to avoid judgment, then avoid being a leader. A leader's every action, word, and appearance is judged by people. The people that can handle that, need to worry about God's judgment. That is the only real judgment that matters. The only way to be prepared is to know God's expectations and the requires reading the Bible for yourself. They need to live a life of prayer and meditation or they will burn out.
A divine leader is a leader chosen by God. They are willing to face their enemy, who wants to destroy them, head on. They persevere when their spirit feels weak because they trust in God's character and know that He is there with them. They reflect over their own job performance and meditate on God's Word to judge for themselves if it was good. They turn to God no matter what because they trust in His love and promises.
Psalms 143
