Oppressed Protected

When you feel oppressed, you probably don't feel protected.  You probably feel abandoned, forgotten, alone, hurt, or angry.  Maybe you feel all of those.  However, God is watching out for the oppressed.  He is protecting them from worse.
In this world, there will always be angry, abuse, and dignitaries.  There will always be people out there that have to push others down to feel big or important.  There will always be those happy to throw others under the bus to be able to look better.  They think they have won.  They think they have victory, but they are wrong.
Oppression is considered wicked by God.  It is a sin to hurt others to make yourself feel better.  God is righteous in giving the oppressed freedom.  It may not change the circumstances, but it is freedom of the soul.  They have the freedom to find joy no matter how bad the circumstances are.  They have the freedom of hope for their eternal life being better.
Oppression may last for generations, but it does not mean that it goes unnoticed or that it is okay.  Those that hurt them will be shamed once day.  There will be a day that they are held accountable.  Those who hate curse themselves.  This is what should be feared.
