Why do people praise God? Is it out of fear? Is it a religious duty? Is it out of faith? Do you even bother to praise or believe in God? Isaiah finally got a vision that brought hope and it enlightens us on why we should praise and worship God.
God is faithful. He teaches us how to worship Him in the way that He communicates with us. He keeps His word. He is not wishy washy. He doesn't play the what if game? He is decisive. He has strength that should be honored and revered. He is all the protection in this world that we need.
God takes care of the poor, needy, and all the vulnerable people. He punishes the ruthless people. He gives His followers the royal treatment, but had no qualms destroying those that oppose Him. What He destroys can never be brought back. He allows death to swallow unbelievers forever. However, after judgment then death will be destroyed.
He is always present through it all. He doesn't run, hide, or disappear. One day people will realize His role and presence in their lives. When judgment comes, it is too late. Now is the time that we need to recognize who God is and act.
The people that are faithful followers of God will have an eternity of no more pain. Our tears will be swept away. Our disgrace will be erased. All we have to do is trust Him and rejoice in our salvation now. We don't need to wait until we are dead to enjoy life. Look at how He instructs us on how to praise Him in His strength, His power.
