Missing God's Blessings

Everyone have all missed some blessings for not listen to God.  When you choose to do your own thing or not wait on God's timing, you will miss out on blessings.  God will not bless sin.
Sometimes when you sin, you just need to give it over to God.  You don't need to try to make it better.  That is only declaring that you are self-sufficient.  That is not true.  You need God.  You need to allow God to fix some of your mistakes.  Giving it to Him is not being a burden or ditching responsibility.   You will still face consequences of sin.  It only releases you to be able to find your peace again.  Trying to fix sin by continuing to sin will not fix anything at all.  It only makes it worse.
You will miss out on blessings if you try to avoid the penalty for sin.  You will become defeated and it will lead to suffering.  Sometimes that suffering is not just yours.  You choices can lead to suffering of other people and animals too.  The only way to find your blessings in life is to turn to God.  The only way to get back on track is to accept the consequences to your choices and move closer to God.
There are times in life where you only get one chance.  Life does not hold infinite amount of opportunity to have do-overs.  Some situations and opportunities are irretrievable.  That is why you need to be ready to act when God tells you to go.
You can ask for forgiveness and God will always give it to you.  That does not mean that you will not pay the penalty for your sins.  It is wiped out of His memory, but sin still leads to death.  Any sin you commit slowly kills you.  It kills your joy, peace, relationship with God, and over time your mortal life.  If you don't get right with God on His terms, then you will die an eternal death too.  The consequences to sin are severe and they should be.  Do not ignore God trying to save your soul.
God's way will happen with or without you.  Nothing you do will change His theme, intentions, perspectives, or thoughts.  You can fight it, but all that will happen is you will loose your blessings from being apart of something bigger than you.  Life is better as a Christian, but that does not mean easier.
The recipe for success is given to you in God's Word.  You have been commanded to be strong and courageous.  It is time to step up and become that through trusting God with your life and livelihood.  Trust Him enough to stay on the path He designed for your life without fear.  Learn and meditate on His Word every chance you get, so you can live in obedience.  Ignorance is not an excuse because you have opportunity to learn.
Life happens.  Hard times will come.  It is how you respond that matters.  Christians may have it the most difficult because Christians are held at a higher standard by God and the world.  God  wants you to succeed.  The world can't wait to see you fail.  Be committed to follow God, so that when you fail you can get back up and going again.  Wait faithfully on God and you will not fail.
