Creationism Day 3: Part 3

On the third day God separated the water from ground.  He created a water ecosystem.  Then He created vegetation which created an ecosystem on the earth.  He started with seed.  He created seed and placed them throughout the world and spoke to have the plants grow to maturity.
God created herbs, grass, trees.  Everything He created was for Him, but would only benefit humans.  There would be no illness until the fall, but even before God created people He knew that we would fall.  He was prepared to give us what we needed to heal.
Plants are amazing they are fully equipped to reproduce with no help.  They were designed to distribute life.  On the third day, God created Botany, the science of the plant ecosystem.  Plants provide medicine, food, science, and beauty.
Botany can prove that plants are a line that evolution can't cross.  God declared that He created all the plants according to their kind.  People manipulating the genetic code of plants is not evolution.  That is work against God's perfection.  It doesn't happen on it's own.
Plants need the ground for nourishment and the water for life.  They get thirsty just like animals and people.  They can't survive without soil, oxygen, or water.  They know what they need and seek it.  People need more than that.  We need God more than food, sleep, or water.  Our spiritual thirst is like the thirst of a plant.  It is always seeking God, but we typically look for completion in the wrong places.
Jesus is the living water.  Our faith is rivers that run from him that give life and completion.  Once you accept it, then it can't be contained.  Jesus is a testimony from the creation to now.  He it the rock of ages making him the foundation to our faith, the soil that feeds our soul.  He is dry land that keeps our salvation steady like a fortress.
Jesus is the foundation of the true church.  He can be found in nature, church, alone time, and everywhere else if you are looking.  When you are enjoying nature, just remember that it is a gift from God.  Remember that Jesus is the tree of life and the only way to salvation.   He holds it all together.
