Every personality type is important. They all add to the grand scheme of life and work for God's church. God created us individually for a purpose, but also to work together as a church. If we work together as through the Holy Spirit we will produce love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
To know yourself, you need to know your personality. Understand the strengths and weaknesses that it brings, so you can find opportunities to serve the church and grow as a Christian. This is a journey. It will not happen in a day. If you are not a Christian, then you get to start fresh with getting to know God and why He made you who you are.
Understanding who you are will help you understand your purpose in life. It will open your eyes to how you experience life. Your feelings are influenced by your personality, so ask yourself what does my personality contribute and how does it hold me back in life? Are you open to new experiences and opportunities?
Finding your place is a process. It starts with knowing your personality, who you are, and learning your spiritual gifts. If you do not know your spiritual gifts, then take an inventory quiz. (Same with your personality. Spiritual gifts are gifts from the Holy Spirit only given to true Christians to serve and build up the church.
