Jesus' Testimony

Jesus taught us how to give a testimony by giving His.  He would go to God's temple to teach in every town He entered.  Once, a woman was brought into the temple He was teaching because she was accused of adultery.  The priest were going to go through their rituals and then stone her.  Since He was there they used it as an opportunity to try to get Him too.
Jesus knelt down and wrote into the ground without saying a word.  When He got up He said whoever has not sinned throw the first stone, then He knelt back down and continued writing.  They all left beginning with the oldest until there was only Jesus and the woman.  He forgave her and told her to leave her sinful life. I think He was writing a prayer, but it was never stated.  No one knows for sure what He wrote, but I think it was to open the hearts of the accusers and the woman to see their own sins truthfully.
Jesus told the world that He is the light to follow to safety.  The pharisees did not believe that was a valid testimony.  Jesus rebutted that it was valid because He knew where each person was going because He stands with God.  His testimony is that He is our witness.  If you know Him, then you are safe.  If not, then you die in your sin.  His testimony was His life on earth, but with His father.
We need to hold onto His teachings and become His disciples today to truly be free.  This is confusing because it also can put you in danger.  However, we are all slaves to sin.  Jesus is the only one that can break the heavy chains.  This truth brings out hate in people, but we walk into danger out of love and gratitude.  We know that people can take our lives, but never our souls.
The people who give into hate or their sinful nature are children of Satan.  They have been given over to him because they do not want to understand.  They embrace the father of lies and reject the sinless nature of Jesus.
