God is good. He will take care of what is His. He will vindicate us when we have been treated unjustly. That means that He will clear our name from unjust blame and suspicion. We just have to wait patiently and live with integrity until that day happens. When that day comes then there will be undeniable proof of your rights being abused or you were unjustly treated.
Choose to live a life with a pure heart in this corrupt world. It is not easy, but the benefits out weigh the difficulty. It can be easy to slip into feeling of envy. They come and we have to push them aside. If we don't then it may consume us and open the door to other things that will try to destroy us. They can lead to the why me mentality.
Pride and arrogance has an accessory of lies to feed you. It makes the heart callous while oppressing others. Pride and envy may appear to offer you hope, but that is their biggest lie. Envy lies telling you that other people do not have problems or struggles and if you had their lives, then you would not either. All that does is crush your soul.
In reality pride and envy destroy the pure and innocent heart. When you get plagued with hardship it destroys all hope. It is hard to understand because it goes against everything you a mentally fed by the world. Even if you stay in the Word all the time, the world has a way of sneaking in and affecting how you see things.
This grieves the Holy Spirit. He see the soul become bitter. He is there to help guide you through the messiness of ugly influential thoughts. He strengthens you to fight the ideas that would seek to hurt your future. It is easier to kill destructive thought patterns when caught early on, but if you let it fester, it can take a long time to get to a place where you see yourself and your future in the way God has designed it for you.
God will destroy the unfaithful. He will destroy the things that cause people to doubt. He will destroy envy and pride. The only way to see things clearly is to stick close to Him and stay focused on what really matters in your world and after.
