Elohim Sole'akh

     Elohim Sole'akh is the Hebrew name for God forgives.  It embraces how forgiveness is a part of who God is.  It is a piece of His character.  It is a trait that can't be changed.  If He says He will forgive you, then He does.  He will never again mention it or hold the offense against you.

    The name Elohim Sole'akh gives the soul room to praise God because the act of forgiveness is freeing.  It opens the door to complete relationships and the ability to move forward.  When God forgives it is a clean slate, so you never have to repeat the sin again.  You can start over fresh, but the power comes from believing what He says is true.  If you walk away from the sin, then you never have to repent it again.

    Elohim Sole'akh is more than just a name.  This forgiveness heals soul wounds.  It can open the door to other types of healing too.  It starts with salvation and grows into something  special.  You discover that you change for the better.  You may have more compassion than you did before.  A relationship with God is not Him giving everything, but you willingness to give back.  You can't get it right if you ignore who He is.

    Elohim Sole'akh restores righteousness and justice.  He is gracious in His giving.  When He forgives, all His anger is removed.  The wayward attitude has a chance to change and come close to Him again.  The way God loves you is beyond comprehension.  His love removes every scar and stain that the soul has.  That kind of power has earned the kind of fear that inspires awe to keep His commandments.  He is worthy of praise.
