Leaders Punished

 

    God is never happy when He is misrepresented.  When one of His designated leaders misrepresent Him, or ignore Him all together, He is not going to let that slide.  It is disgrace and He has visuals to give you an idea of how He feels about it.  One is a body being dug up and being left exposed to the world.  The dead have a right to have their body laid to rest.  The leader mentioned is the same as that exposed body.  Death was chosen over life.  It is an insulting desecration.  

    Evil nations will prefer death over the punishment that God has planned for them.  When evil leaders fall, they will not get back up.  Leaders that follow God will find their way again.  God just doesn't want deceit to be turned into way of life.  Let go of things, repent wicked way, do whatever you need to do and return to Him.  A life of lies is a shameful snare that traps the followers.

    It is not wise to have God's law and not use it.  It is more than knowledge.  It is a weapon to be used like a lawyer.  If you don't use all the weapons you have against evil, then you may become dismayed or trapped.  If you reject God's Word then that is far worse.  Not to know it at all is insulting to God.  It tells you what to look for to avoid traps.  It shines a light on dishonesty, brokenness, and shamefulness.  Follow a leader that ignores God's Word, is to follow someone into doom.

    Push aside greediness to seek peace through humility.  Be ashamed of loathsome behavior that deserves to be punished.  Give it over to God and accept whatever consequences there are.  The other option is that you have your livelihood removed (life, health, wealth, other).  To ignore God is to be doomed.  To seek God means you will find healing (soul, mind, body).  Seek God and find joy again in all that you do.  

    God is the leader that we all need to learn from.  He knows when to comfort and when to push.  However, He will comfort all sorrow if you let Him.  We have all been wicked.  We have all done evil.  No one is truly innocent in this world.  You only get so many opportunities in life to do this before your pass and there is no hope of rescue.  

    We all have to accept sin as sin and then repent.  Then we can have comfort.  As a leader, it is just more noticeable.  The other option is to reject God, live your life how you want, and die a meaningless death.  As a leader, you will have people follow you dooming other people.
