Watchman

God spoke with Ezekiel in different ways: visions, oracles, prophecies, and more.  God warned Ezekiel to listen to His warnings and act.  If Ezekiel did not, then he what would happen, would happen to him.  Ezekiel would be held accountable.  The same warning goes to us if we know something will happen and we do not warn people.  Ezekiel did his job.
Ezekiel was the watchman (lookout) of his time.  It was his responsibility to give warning of danger.  All true Christians are the watchmen of our time to call for repentance.  The wicked will die and go to hell.  That is certain, but if they are warned, then maybe they would change.  It is our job to call for life.
Everyone should have a chance to turn away from their sins.  They don't know it is a sin until they are informed.  Don't let people blindly condemn themselves.  Give them a chance to survive eternally.  If a person turns from their sin, then it is forgotten.  If they choose salvation, then all past sins will not be held against them.  That is God's justice.  It is fair.
We are all judged according to our own sins.  However, if you know how to save a person and don't try, then that will be your sin.  Everyone has the right to have a relationship with God.  It is their choice unless you take that away from them, then it is on you.  You don't know how much time you have to tell God's message.  Do your job and don't worry about the people who reject the message.   You can't change that.
