God's Response to Repentance

On the Day of the Lord there will be darkness and gloom.  This darkness is void of any light, like the darkness in cave.  You can feel this darkness.  The locust will come like a calvary of horses.  They are demonic force.  Then there will be fire.  It is a battle that warriors can't fight.  There is no escape.  People are attacked by nature, spiritual forces, and the earth itself as the world faces judgment.
The people that are mighty are the people that whom choose to obey God's commands.  Even on that dreadful day, they are faithful.  They fast, weep, and mourn as every aspect of life is invaded.  His people assemble to worship and petition.  The priest lead in lament and to teach righteousness through repentance.
God wants your heart.  He wants to be able to save everyone, but first we have to repent.  When you repent, God shows you graciousness and compassion.  His love is abounding in a way that is jealous for you.  God gives generously and abundantly.  He pours out His Spirit on all that repent.  All you have to do is call upon God in faith in Jesus and repentance.  It is His promise.  There is no reason to be afraid because He fights for you.  He is in control even when it feels like there is no control.
