Did you know that hope was a choice? Hope is a possibility to everyone, but only a few actually choose to have it. It is a choice because you decide on if you want to see the evidence of Jesus' life and believe that it is true. Hope is faith without doubt.
The only way you can hold onto hope is to know your Bible and learn what God is saying to you. Jesus is throughout the old testament even though he was not human until the Gospels. He always has been and always will be with God and the Holy Spirit. Together they are eternal and work together in perfect harmony as one.
You you know your Bible and allow it to empower you, then you truly have a seminary experience. The Bible is more than words in a book. The words are more than an education. They can bring life into your soul. Not everyone who goes to seminary is going to understand that. You can learn all you need by spending time with Jesus in prayer, meditation, and God's Word.
What God teaches you is undeniable and the evidence is in His book. In literate countries it can easily be accessed. It is your choice on if you have one, none, or several. It is good to have several if you can to study the different translations to find better understanding all the aspects of the old languages it was originally written. If you are able to read Hebrew, Greek, or Latin, then you are truly blessed to have that root knowledge to be able to read it how it was written.
Christians have a responsibility to take the hope and become it's witnesses. It is not about religion. True Christianity is about a group of people who have a relationship with Jesus coming together to unite and work together to serve God.
We are all a work in progress. No one is perfect, but we need to work together to be strong and progress in spreading the good news to the world by how we live, talk, and treat people. We need to live transparently which means admitting to the world that we are not perfect. Religious people will pretend that they have it all together and that it is the way to a perfect life. It just is not real or manageable.
We all have the possibility of hope, but a life without hope is dangerous. Religious people will be exposed. They always are, but a true relationship with God will thrive. It will endure. It will make you strong spiritually where you can see miracles, have hope, and live it out faithfully.
To be willfully and deliberately rebellious to God is to turn away from Him. That is tragic because one day you will face Him on judgment day and no one can help you. Your fate will be sealed. There will be no negotiations, arguing, pouting, or any other manipulation to change your fate. You have the choice now.
The possibility of hope comes from Jesus and only Jesus. He calls your name. Are you listening? Will you respond? Will you choose to be obedient? Do you care about His people? If you love Jesus, then you will love His people and want to help them.
Your heart knows the truth even if you are not willing to see it. The time you spend with Jesus will impact your heart, mind, and soul. It is true because God promised it would provide hope, joy, and peace. You can be confident when you have the Holy Spirit living in you to remind you of the truth and the power of God's hope in you.
