On the fifth day God created all the sea creatures and the animals of the sky. Yesterday we talked about the sea creatures. Today we will focus on the animals of the sky. Animals of the sky include birds, bats, and bugs. There are over 9,000 different birds in the United States. They are beautiful and different from all over animals.
Birds internal system were designed for them to fly. They have access to their own ecosystem that nothing else can really understand. Their bones are hollow, so they are fragile, but it allows the bones to be filled with air so that the air currents help them fly.
Birds don't really have muscle because muscle is heavy and they need to be light. Their body structure was designed for the life that God created them for. It includes what and how they eat, where they are located, and how they survive.
When God created them, survival was not an issue, but when mankind fell, they took down all the animals with them. God placed them in the different part of the world where they would thrive. Birds have the capability to live very long lives.
Birds have beautiful singing voices. Their instincts are a part of them. They know where to migrate and where to return. Most return to very same location in both seasons. They have speed and diving abilities. Their vision is very keen and can adjust perfectly for when they are flying or in a tree due to a third eye lid that acts as a shield.
God created birds according to their own kind. They did not evolve from anything else. Certain aspects do change over generations to help them adapt to survive this world, but birds always were birds. They could not have evolved from reptiles because reptiles were created on day six.
Their physics and chemistry is unique and can only work for birds, no other creature. The way they breath, their bones, and blood circulation is unlike any other animal. Only God could have engineered a bird where it could survive and be what it is. They are a part of His glory.
When you are anxious, look at the birds. They are always happy. They never worry about food or home. If what they have is destroyed, they don't complain. They just remake it. They go out an get their food when they are hungry. God always provides for birds. Think about how much more He provides for people.
