Understanding Wisdom

The beginning of wisdom comes fearing what God is capable of doing.  It comes from understanding what the truth about life and eternity is.  It is not about the what-ifs of life.  Wisdom is how you approach eternity and focus on the big picture instead of loosing track in the small things.
Wisdom is taking life seriously.  Choosing to be faithful proves your level of wisdom.  You use the wisdom that you have to manage the resources that God has given you.  This has to be learned.  It will not come naturally.  It may just look that way because some people have been doing it for so long.  Being wise is being teachable and learning management skills.  You need wisdom to understand how to recognize what God is doing in life around you and in you.  You know His voice and His touch where you recognize His work.
Each season in life requires preparation, exaltation, has a death (ending), and more.  It is wise to understand and accept the seasons of life.  It won't change if you try to fight it.  There are also times of transition between seasons where changes occur that you may not understand.  These can be crucial moments in life or divine appointments.  It is where God will show up, speak, or interact for a purpose.
You can miss moments in life by not being prepared or recognizing them.  This is where having a wise prayer life keeps you aligned with God.  You request will align with His will.  You actions are led by time with God and will have impact.  We should be bold when talking to God to see the power of His blessings.  You never know where they can lead: wealth, riches, honor, and more.
It is wise to have resolution.  Ask God for what you think you need and let Him provide or redirect.  You need to ask for wisdom.  It is a treasure you can never have too much of.  It will work with discernment that will help you recognize costly distractions like things, people, selfish ambition, and more.  Wisdom is an investment to a better life.  It brings you closer to God.  The more you pursue Him over the years, the closer you will get.
