Your Life Matters

If you are a Christian, then you are called a child of God.  It is an honor.  It is not something to take advantage of.  It is a position that hold a lot of responsibility, joy, and privilege.
God calls us to Him.  You can only come if you know His voice and can here it above all the world's distractions.  He calls us to Him and saves us because He loves us.  If you follow Jesus, then you are an adopted child of God and will never loose your place in the family.
God's love changes you because it is unchanging.  He teaches you how to love by showing you how to love.  You learn confident love because you are never rejected once you are adopted into His family.  How much He loves you has nothing to do with your behavior, but it does determine how you receive His love. Like a good parent if you wonder off His path for you, then He will redirect you.  If you turn to a life of sin, then He will discipline you because He loves you and only wants the best for you.
You know God loves you because He sacrificed His only son for your eternal life.  Sin always leads to undesired consequences, but following Jesus leads to abundance of blessings.  One of the blessings is knowing your life matters.  You are not insignificant.  You are not unwanted.  You were created by God for a purpose.
Fight discouragement when life is pushing you down.  Fight the voice of Satan that tells you negative things about yourself.  Life is good.  You just need to be able to see it past all the obstacles.  Before going down a road, ask yourself is this really good for me.  If the answer is no, then you know to go a different direction.  Otherwise you will start feeling desperation and other affects from Satan's mind games.
God is more powerful than Satan.  Trust His direction.  Fear God over Satan.  It leads you down the path of wisdom.   Use what you know to have good solid judgment.  It leads you to following Jesus in confidence.  All your insecurities can disappear and you will only benefit from that.
