Yahweh Shalom

Yahweh Shalom (Yah-WEH sha-LOME) is יהוה שָׁלוֹם in Hebrew.  It means "The Lord is Peace".   The actual translation is "the Lord is complete" or "the Lord brings security".  If you take it literally, then it is a promise that God will be the source of calm in your life.  He had promised to give you everything you need to fulfill your purpose.
Gideon is the one that established this name for God when he build an altar to commemorate God's promise of peace for His people.  Gideon trusted God to restore His nation.  He was acknowledging that God was his source of calm in chaos.  God is enough.  He provides peace and security.  Trust Him to take care of you like Gideon did and you will have hope in life.  He can remove your anxiety and worry.
When you pray to Yahweh Shalom you are acknowledging that God is the source of you being whole, your safety, and tranquility in life even when you face what you fear.  When life is hard you can still hold onto your peace by trusting God to take care of you.  He never promised that life would be easy.  He doesn't lie.  We live in a world completely corrupted by Satan and evil.  God only promised that He would be with you, take care of you, and give you eternal peace if you follow Jesus.

Judges 6:23-24, Psalm 29:10-11, Isaiah 9:6-7, 54:9-10, John 14:27-29, & Philippians 4:6-7
