Under a Microscope

I don't know about you, but I never do well when I am being micromanaged.  Once I know how to do a job, then I need to be left to do that job.  However, if a boss or leader does not trust me to do it, then why am I there.  Scrutiny can get under my skin and cause me to second guess myself.  This is not beneficial for anyone.  That is why when I am working under a microscope, I tend not to do my best work.
Jesus thrived under the microscope.  He turned it into opportunities instead of discouragements.  This is why He is my role model.  Jesus taught us how to do good when it is not easy.  A stubborn heart will stay quiet.  We need to speak up for those whom are not strong enough to speak up for themselves.
Worldly people may mock you and probably will not understand you.  The trick is not to doubt yourself.  Ask yourself why is this important to me?  Why am I doing this?  If it is Biblical, then continue.  If it is self serving alone, then maybe reconsider some other options.  As a Christian, you are a part of God's family.  That means you are not micromanaged, but you are under the microscope.  You need to make your faith strong to hold up under the pressure.
