If you want your ministry to succeed you need some level of organization. Organizing things and getting things in order may sound boring. Maintaining may not be exciting, but it is required to understand the ends and outs of your ministry and for it to move in the direction in which it was designed. It requires a certain level of skill, patience, and reliance on God.
Organizing requires time management, planning, and juggling all you know is going on and may happen. If you are person that this helps life make since, then you may even enjoy the process. King David was really good at organizing and time management. I think he even enjoyed it.
King David divided the Levites into divisions that he got from Aaron's family to give them their lifetime accordance for their ministry. He made it an impartial press that organized officers over the divisions: 23 in all.
David had a way with people where it appears like they would get excited about their position, no matter what they were assigned. Most people just need purpose and to feel like they are accomplishing something. He recognized each person's contribution.
When the church staff gets along and there is no division, then it brings unity to the entire ministry. If you want your ministry to grow and thrive, then you need to surround yourself with people sold out to Christ. You need organization. You need trust and faith. You need unity and passion.
