A Wise Person

 

    This chapter is about the character of wise people.  It is a continuation of the proverb per verse and it contains 35 verses.  It begins with the wise woman and moves on to the wise man.  The philosophy to apply is what kind of person do I want to be?  What does that look like?  What do I need to change to make that happen?  You are the only person that can answer that for yourself.

    A wise woman is a source of strength and diligence for her family.  She fears God with integrity.  She will build up other people while being honest.  She uses her knowledge for discernment in life's situations.  She lives a prudent life while showing good will to the people around her.  She finds a way to laugh even when her heart aches.  In the end her joy will remove her pain.  She is careful with her relationship with God so she shuns evil.  She is honored because she will not bring shame to her family,

    A wise man helps the needy and ultimately is blessed for doing it.  He makes plans that are good and in return he finds love and faithfulness.  He works hard in everything he does.  He is loyal.  His relationship with God leads how he lives his life.  His walk will lead others from walking into eternal death.  He is patient and has great understanding.  

    A wise person contains all the wise qualities.  They have peace in their heart which brings forth a healthy life.  They show kindness in all circumstances to honor God.  Wisdom gives the heart discernment.  They have righteousness that exalts a nation.
