Is Being Stubborn Wise?

Some people think it is foolish to put your foot down and not budge on certain subjects and other people think it is wise.  Who is correct?  We need to figure that out for ourselves, but I believe it is a little of both.  Being stubborn to just be right is foolish, but stubbornly fighting for God's Word is wise in my opinion.  In this section there are 27 proverbs to use for the philosophy of stubbornness.
The stubborn person will destroy themselves while the righteous thrive.  While the stubborn groan, the wise rejoice because the love of wisdom provides joy for people.  Justice provides stability while lying flattery can make people spiral.  It is basically making sin look good and acceptable, when in reality it is a snare that never lets go.  Instead of being ensnares, focus on what God has given you and rejoice.
Justice is set boundaries that are healthy for everyone.  A fool will stubbornly defy and mock justice, but the peace keep will not be set back.  A stubborn fool will rage and scoff because they hate integrity.  Don't listen to their lies, but judge fairly to enforce security.  Teach discipline give out of love and your soul will be in peace.
Keep the laws and teach others to understand.  There is no need to lecture because a fool will ignore it anyway.  You can advocate, live by example, and answer questions to teach the law and it's purpose.  Point out that pampering someone leads to grief.  Avoid dissention and hot headed people or you will be led into multiple sins.
Pride is the undoing of people.  Being humble will lift you up.  It helps you see that you don't need to fear people, but fear God in reverence not terror.  This respect will keep the righteous safe.  The fool will never get what they want, but will always stubbornly oppose the wise in all they do.
