Time is Meaningless

Time can feel meaningless.  It tells you where you are in the day, week, month, or year, but what does that mean?  Do you want to know where you are in the linear timeline?  Time can give you urgency.  It can be a notification.  It can feel like a burden.  It can be scary.  Time is important, but it may not need to have as much value as we give it.
There is a time for everything in life: born, die, work, reap the benefits, destroy, kill, heal, build, cry, laugh, mourn, celebrate, embrace, hold back, seek, surrender, save, give, silence, speak, love, hate, war, and peace.  Everything is beautiful in it's time, but that also depends on what do you appreciate as beautiful.  What do you lose or gain from your time?  What are you willing to struggle for?
God gives us the gift of salvation to accept or decline.  With salvation, time has no meaning, but also gives you since of urgency.  If you accept the gift, then you will get eternity with God, but only a short time on earth to accomplish your purpose.  Time has no value to God, but He gives it to us on a personal level.  He created it to give us goals, timelines, and help with us to stay focused.  Time is a gift from God.
Where there is judgment you will find wickedness.  The righteous and the wicked both will be judged by God on judgment day.  No one knows what day that is, so we have to live with the urgency to be prepared.  We are all tested in life's journey to see how much we are like God or like animals.   However, we are judged on earth too.  People judge us everyday.  How much time do you give to people to try to please them?  Instead just try to please God.  It takes less time and energy.
Nothing you do will change the fact that one day you will die.  The question is what do you believe is after mortal death?  Your body will turn back to dust in which it was created.  We all go back to the original state we were before we became a person (cells in a mother's womb).  We all live and we all die.  That bleak simplification of life and time can leave it feeling meaningless.  It over looks the eternal soul that will be with God forever or in the anguishing pit.  God is pursuing a relationship with you today, take it.
You need to enjoy your life today and work to toward the future that you would like to see.  Accept the gift of salvation.  Accept the limited time that you have.  It may not simplify life now, but the future is much better.  You don't need to wait until you are good enough because it truly is not based on merit.  You get better after as you start to understand what better is.  You spend your time working on being closer to God.
