Song of Praise

Sometimes everything seems to happen at once causing many stressors in your life.  You can fall apart.  You can get frustrated.  You can get angry.  You can try to embrace the moment and accept things how they are.  Or you could look at everything that is still good and stable in your life and focus on being thankful for that.  Our brains tend to go straight to the negative and self-destructive.  That is why we have to work on rewiring them to focus on the positive and thank God everyday.
Praising God is a choice.  Sometimes it just flows out of you.  However other times may require a little effort.  We may get angry with Him, but at some point we have to accept that He is right.  We are the ones that have to change.  Has met us way over the half way point.  He reaches out to you in the way that gets your attention.  It won't be the same way He talks or connects with other people because we are all different.  He loves us and this is how He shows us that love.
When God gets angry then we should be afraid.  Nothing in the universe can stop His anger or consequences.  However, once His anger is gone you can see things more clearly.  It can be an educational moment or a destructive moment.  If God is happy with you, what do you have to fear?
Sing His praises for the world to hear.  Don't keep them to yourself.  Your praises may be just what another person needs to hear and see to get them over something or through the day.  It is good for other people to witness, but it is good for you too.  It enforces your trust in God and your salvation.   It is embracing your salvation here on Earth and not waiting until you die.  When that uncertain days comes, you will be ready.

Isaiah 12
