Impending

 

    Somethings in life are guaranteed like fate.  For the Israelites, it was that they would be exiled from the promise land for a while.  For us it could be a world event.  However, everyone will face death.  We all have free will.  We all have a choice on how we deal and face life's events and situations.  God has given us boundaries, but we decide to stay within them or not.  When things are impending, it is how we react that matters.

    Don't rejoice over the unfaithful and their promiscuity because it leads to punishment.  Sin defiles people and nations.  Nations will try to escape their impending judgment, but will find themselves buried in it.  

    Thew sins are too many and hostile.  It makes prophets become fools.  The inspired become insane.  So great the sin of nations that they have become corrupt.  Woe to them because iniquity only fears punishment and not God.  God hates rebellion.  That means that all that rebel against Him will be rejected by Him.  It is shameful because God will reject all that will not listen to Him.  That is not a threat, but impending truth.
