Hypocritical

Obedience to authority is expected by God.  That does not mean that you have to follow the path of the authority.  If they are not leading according to the Bible standards, then obey as long as it doesn't go against Biblical laws or morality.  It is more important to be obedient to God than man, but we should always try to be obedient to authority.  It is important to observe before blindly following instruction because God's instruction outranks everyone else's instructions.
It is important to practice what you preach.  Don't go loading other people down with extra rules and regulations that Jesus did not already enforce.  He covered it all.  It is important to learn how to love people without honoring them over God.  God can be your only master.
We are all just brothers and sisters in Christ.  No one is above another.  Whomever exalts themselves will be humbled.  None of us are more superior than another.  Some of us may be more educated or gifted in areas, but we still have other areas that we are not.  It all balances out, so don't think better of yourself than what you are: Christ Follower.
Woe to the hypocritical teacher because they shut the door to salvation.  They try to drive people away from Jesus which condemns those that listen.  They turn genuine converts into sinners.  Woe to those that chose money over other people.  They become the blind leading the blind.  It is naïve to listen to the corrupt and expect things to work out.
Woe to those that give their tithe, but neglect justice, mercy, and faithfulness.  Woe to those who choose greed and self-indulgence because they will never find the cleansing that they want.  Woe to those who appear beautiful and holy, but are dead on the inside. They appear righteous, but live for themselves and it is lawless according to Jesus.  They are spiritually corrupt.
Woe to those who appear to honor the prophets because they have blood on their hands for killing the innocence through their ancestorial sins.  They sacrifice the righteous to be able to live their lives of sin.  It is murder.
Don't reject God's protection which comes with identifying yourself with Jesus.  Measure your own sin instead of killing God's messengers.  Worry about your own salvation and Christian walk instead of paying attention to everyone else around you.   It allows you to live a transparent life that can have more impact on those around you.  Any other way is hypocritical.
