Warning about Christian Liberty

Do not be ignorant of your history.  That goes for the history of your faith, nation, and even your family.  It helps you understand why things are the way they are.  It also reveals how history keeps repeating itself when people don't learn from the past.  Learn so that you can avoid a lot of unnecessary drama.
Do not let your heart hold evil because evil leads to death.  Do a heart examination to see for yourself what moves your heart.  Don't test God without first examining yourself.  Do not grumble.  It is tempting at times, but it test God's patience.  He gives a lot more than He ever takes away.  Instead look at all the things you have to be grateful for.  When you want to despair or complain, make a list of all the things that God has done in your life and be thankful.
Be ready for temptation.  It comes when you think you are standing firm.  Your life may be balance, but Satan knows that is when to attach because your guard is typically down.  We can never lower our guard to Satan.
God is faithful, even when we are not.  He will block more temptation than you will ever be aware of if you stay prayerful.  There is only so much He will do if you are determined to sin.  If you chose to be faithful, then He will control the level of evil in your presence.  That way you always have a way out.  You always have the option to flee from evil.
Basically never test God in these areas: sexual immorality, test God, or complain.  Your life choices lead you in of two directions: toward God or toward demons.  You can't be in the presence of both at the same time.  As a Christian everything is permissible, but not everything is beneficial or constructive.  Instead of focusing on everything you want or desire, focus on what is good for the people.
Do not feel guilty for serving other people.  Instead be grateful for what you get.  A life with Jesus is a life of service.  There is no need to have self pity for doing as He instructed you.  All you do should be for the glory of God, not yourself.  That is the Christian Liberty.  If you are not working with other Christians to build the body of Christ, then Christian Liberty is not being done right.

1 Corinthians 10
