Ministry Instruction

Salvation is a marvelous gift from God.  He was prepared before sin even entered the world to make room for His people.  In the beginning we were all His people, but then sin entered our souls and influenced our desires.  It opened up our world to double, conflict, and self-sabotage while thinking things will be better.  Yet, God still loved us enough to allow His only God son to die and resurrect himself for us to have the opportunity to no longer be His enemy.
The sad truth is that some people will learn the truth.  They will accept it and believe, but then abandon the faith.  It is hard to believe that anyone would do that, but people do.  They believe Satan's lies and think life would be better if they went their own route.
The worst part, is that some of these people do it and still claim that it is for God.  It is not.  It is for themselves.  The truth will be revealed one day.  They will be revealed as hypocritical liars that do not really represent God in the world.
All that God creates is good, pure, and holy.  It is not something that should be rejected.  It takes self-discipline to become focused on what is holy.  This focus will help you become strong, so that you will not reject the truth.  It will train you to be Godly and value all things that He had promised, even the things that are still a mystery.
Put your hope in God.  It is the only way you will stay obedient when you want to do things your way or in your timing.  It is not something that will come naturally in the beginning.  It takes time to learn and understand His commands and Jesus' teaching.
Over time you will see how you are changing though how you talk, your lifestyle, how you love, faith that is stronger, and purity within your heart and mind.  This is the beginning of ministry.  The more you obey and open up to the Holy Spirit, the more your ministry will grow because you are growing.  The world will see it and want to be a part of it.
Devote yourself to God's Word.  It is the only way to run a ministry properly.  You will preach and teach what you learn.  If your faith is real, then you will not be able to help yourself.  You will have to tell others about your relationship with God and how it is different from any other relationship.
Feed your spiritual gifts and you will see how it will naturally become a ministry.  Ministry is not something that you typically plan. It starts, then you develop it and grow it.  It takes diligence.  At the same time you are giving yourself regular self-examinations so that you know you have not left an opening for Satan.  He will take advantage where ever there is a vulnerability.  The last thing you want is for your ministry to become perverse.  Commit yourself to God's Word because salvation requires perseverance in faith.
