Truth & Deception

 

    The truth is eternal.  It is always with us.  All you have to do is believe and accept God's grace, mercy, and peace.  The trinity is truth.  They are the source of truth.  If they said it, then you can trust it.  The Gospel is the written truth.

    The trinity is the source of love that provides great joy.  Love provides protection in the world.  Jesus commanded us to love each other, so that means that we are able to love each other if we try because it is not sentimental feelings.  Love is a choice.  That means that love is the most important aspect of life.  It means that love will direct you to truth.  If you can love, then you can walk in obedience with Holy Spirit.  

    Do not be deceived.  Don't walk away from the truth.  Don't walk away from what is good in your life for a lie.  The antichrist wants you to believe in the lie.  Be defiant against evil by not falling for it.  It is dangerous for Christians to become numb or lethargic in their faith.  They are more likely to fall into destruction as they loose their foundation.

    Do not try to run ahead of God.  You will trip yourself up and hurt yourself more than if you just walked slow and steady with Him.  To try to get ahead of God is to lose.  Instead embrace His way, His time, and His truth.  Your life will be better for it.

    Do not welcome just anyone into your home.  There are a lot of evil people in the world.  Be careful that you do not let them get too close.  Be careful who you allow in your inner circle.  If you allow a person that fell for deception into your inner circle, then you are going to get tripped up somewhere.  They will try to lead you astray from God's teachings because they think that they are right.  We need to lovingly teach them the truth, but at a safe distance.
