Administration

 

    Administration is the process or activity of running a business or anything that requires organization.  We normally connect it with the government managing public affairs.  In the Bible administration is the spiritual service to the church (body of Christ) which requires wisdom in stewardship to accomplish the work in ministry.

    All Christians make up the body of Christ.  We are called to come together as a church to represent Jesus as a whole (not just individually).  God appointed leaders in the church in hierarchy: apostles, prophets, teachers, miracle workers, healers, givers/ helpers, leadership (administration), then languages.  

    We all have a purpose, but they are not all the same.  It requires us to work together to be the body of Christ.  One gift missing and we are incomplete.  Earnestly seek to do the most with your gift as you can.  When you put your gifts together it forms an administration.  It forms a branch of God's church.  The more you understand the more you can work confidently and not lose heart.

    No matter what our gifts are we need to work them with humility to serve God.  We need to use them to tell the story of Jesus through our testimony.  Spiritual gifts are a part of your testimony.  That is why you need to understand your and how to use it.  As the church we are to display His wisdom, not the wisdom of the world.  A part of us is to be in the spiritual realm, not just always in the present of right now designed by the world.
