Believe It or Not

 

    God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are the one living and eternal God together.  He is three parts, but they are united as one God.  It is that way because they work as one unite.  One does not exist without the other.  Together they created this world and everything in it.  You can believe that or not, but it does not make it any less true.

    I can't wait to get to heave to annoy God with all my questions with the mysteries that will not be revealed in life.   Why did you create the world?  What made you think about creating it?  Were you bored and thought you wanted to create something beautiful?  There are so many questions about the beginning of time.

    Some questions we do have answers for like where did the world come from?  It came from God's speaking it into existence.  I imagine that he visualized it in His head and then spoke it to life.  I do believe He knew exactly what He was doing and what He was creating.  It is not like art can be, where it materializes as you go.  He had a distinct purpose, vision, and plan.

    Genesis 1:1 is a very short verse: :In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth".  That is it.  Ten words that has all the impact in our existence.  Heavens was the difference in vastness, but that goes into a lot of detail about unknown specifics.  I believe that His home heaven (as we named it) already existed.  This heaven is space or the area between space and the earth where there is gravity and oxygen.  

    Genesis is the location of the origin of all beginnings.  It started with the universe, order, complexity, and then it expanded.  Only God could hold together such complexity and still keep it orderly, organized, and beautiful.  When He created the Heavens and the Earth he created an environment for all living things.  There is purpose in every miniscule detail that God made.

    His most complex creation was humans.  Through humans he was able to have a connection and relationship with his creation that was more than just simple.  Through that relationship God created beautiful things like marriage.  

    Satan hated that beautiful relationship, so he was determined to destroy it.  He took the innocence of people and turned it against them.  He make us weak by choosing to listen to his disceptations.  He manipulated Eve and then Adam to introduce sin in the world.  Sin let in evil that tainted everything that it touch bring along death and judgment.  

    No animal had died until that time.  The innocence and purity of the animals were sacrificed to atone for the sins of man all the way until Jesus came and became the last sacrifice.  It was people that allowed all the sickness, hurt, and evil into the world.  We are the ones that destroyed God's perfection.  Yet, He still loved us and forgives us. 

    God is the origin of mercy, forgiveness, and everything good in this world. He has not given up on us yet.  That is why he allowed Jesus to be sacrificed to show us a new way.  Jesus showed us what true redemption is.

    God gave us language, so that we can communicate and make life more vibrant.  He gave us minds to think and be creative.  He gave us culture, so we can find unity.  He is the origin and creator of truth.  Don't listen to Satan's lies anymore and blame God for all that is wrong in the world.  Take responsibly for your part and pray about what you can do to make things better.  Thank God for all the good He has given you.
