It's All About Jesus

Life is not all about me.  It is not all about you.  It is not all about us.  Life is all about Jesus.  People just exist if Jesus does not give them a life worth living.  He is the Holy Remnant that makes us Holy.  We could never make it to eternal peace without Him.  He is the reason to live a full and holy life.
When God reached out to Elijah, he responded the same way twice.  God was patient with Elijah, one of the greatest prophets, to give him a new life perspective.  It was not all about Elijah and what he was going through.  There were many followers of God that were in hiding just like him.  God wanted him to step up and lead His people.
There were 7,000 righteous people still alive when Elijah was stuck in self-pity.  He was not alone.  All he had to do was to to them and be a part of God's people, but God used this opportunity to teach Elijah about what it is to be truly faithful.  Imagine how things would have looked if Elijah refused to hear God.
When you feel alone, pray about it.  Look for the ways that God is trying to show you that you are not alone in this world.  You may not have a lot of people, that can be great.  The people that you do have, you can depend upon.  It also allows you to really appreciate how God is there for you.  Too many "friends" is not beneficial.  They can be a distraction from your relationship with God.
Elijah made his choice.  You have to make your choice.  Will you follow Jesus no matter what?  Will you push past the initial salvation moment to really grow in your relationship with God?  Do you really believe in the the Living God and Jesus?
It is every person's choice to follow Jesus or to reject him.  No one can make that choice for you or force you to believe, but once you choose Jesus then you can't turn back.  You will see that too much is in stake.  You are not living a Christian lifestyle if you try to straddle the fence.  It displays the fact that you are not a real Christian, that you can't pick a side, or that you refuse to mature as a Christian.  Only you and God know the truth.
Following Jesus means that you will be attacked more frequently by evil.  You have to learn how to resist all aspects of evil in the world.  We live in an Ungodly world, but every generation has.  Our unholy culture stands out differently, but it is not new.
As a Christian, it is your responsibility to resist conforming to the ways of the world.  You need to come together with other believers to pray and work together to fight Satan having a foothold in your community, city, state, nation, and world.  Do not take comfort over standing firm in your faith.  Do not seek approval of people who are fickle over the approval of God.
You are known by God.  You are loved by God.  He is seeking to bring the best out of you and give you eternal victory.  He is trying to help you become a strong, mature Christian.  He will remove any shame from your past.  He will give you a new life that hold value.  To obtain this new life you have to believe and resist temptations that attack throughout your life to allow power of faith.
Jesus is what matters.  He is offering you a new life.  Will you follow Jesus?  Do you really know God?  If not then today is the day you should figure that out.  Who knows if you will have a tomorrow.  It is vital to know what you believe and why.

Christianity

God always finishes what He starts.  He fulfilled every prophecy about Jesus.  He always completed what He said He will do.  That mean...
