The Bible seems to hold a lot of rule. It can sometimes feel like an impossible standard to be able to live. It is true. The point of the all the laws, rules, and regulations are to show you how much you need Jesus. Jesus is what end the law to reveal righteousness. Salvation is the what breaks the chains. Believe, call out to Him, and you will be saved.
Before you can help anyone, you need to focus on our own intimate relationship with God. While you are maturing, learn how to pray more intimately and personally for other people. We all do the fly by prayers for others when they cross your mind, but take time to really pray for people when they cross your mind. The Holy Spirit may just be putting them there for that reason. You don't need to know all that is happening, but pray as you feel led.
Not everyone who knows the truth will choose to accept it. Do not allow their choices to make you feel like a failure. Do not take their burden on as your own. Keep praying and wait to see if things change. If not, know that you have done your part.
At the same time, no one can come to Jesus unless they hear. You need to educate them on their options or they will live their life in sin. It is not just educating them though. You also have to live out what you are telling them. Are you willing to share or are you going to allow people to be condemned by the law?
