The Tabernacle

When looking for a home to buy we all have things that we need from a home, desire for the home, and what we want from the home.  A home has more purpose than just shelter from from the elements.  The yard, community, and many other factors help you decide where you want to live.  Other factors is who is the house for: married couple, single, children, the age of the children, and four-legged babies.
God had chosen His people.  He wanted to be where they were.  He gave them the instructions on how He expected His home to be.  He had every intention on being with them for a little while at least.
Moses employed the best craftsmen to ensure that God's home would be just what He wanted.  The ark was like His chariot that He stayed with as they traveled.  It was powerful.  His home, the Tabernacle, was Holy.
It is good to be detailed.  It is good to know exactly what you want.  It is great when you get what you desire.  Here is the question though:  Do you let God be a part of your plan making?  Do you let Him make your home your tabernacle or do you leave Him out?
