Do Not Forget

It can be hard to remember certain things throughout a day, week, or month.  A routine can help keeps things in order, but the things that break from that routine can easily be forgotten.  Some people prefer a life of spontaneity and may struggle with the routine because they feel like it would make them forget.  Either way, none of us remember everything that needs to get done all the time.
Have you ever forgotten something important?  Something that you care about just because you may not be paying attention to the time or you forgot what day of the week it was?  It happens so easily.  It tells others that you don't care even though that could be the furthest thing from the truth.
God desires each person to test their heart to discover what really matters in their life like your priorities.  This testing will require an honest and humble evaluation of yourself. It will not work if you don't remove what you want to see.  You have to look at the ugly parts that you do not like about yourself.
The last thing you ever want to forget is God.  You may think that is impossible, but when you forget to spend time with Him, obey Him, to show love then you are sending the message that you forgot God.
You can never become the person that you want to be without God.  Your most important relationship of your life is with Him.  If you humble yourself, then you will discover His strength within you.  However, if you chose to make yourself a god or turn to any other god forgetting who God is, then He will destroy your life as you know it to get your attention.
Dont forget all God has done for you throughout your life.  You may not have riches.  Your life may not look like you envisioned it.   You may be going through a hard time.  Remember He has never left you.  He has never let you starve to death.  He has kept clothes on your back.  He has provided people to love you in your life.  He has done so many things that you may not even see because you were not looking.
