There are several different types of love languages. There are different types of personalities. We have all been raised differently. Put all that together and it can reveal how you will show how a person will show how he or she will love someone. The thing is the way we show people that we love may not look quite the same as how you show God that you love Him.
The only way to show God that you love Him is by faith and obedience. If you chose to love the people in your life and obey His commandments and decrees, then no one can doubt that you love Him. He knows your heart without you doing anything, but it is important to display healthy love. Other people can't read your mind or your heart. People are complex and can misunderstand your intentions. That is why we have to use our words, body language,, and actions to display love within boundaries.
When it comes to love use all your mind, strength and soul to invest into your relationship with God. It will pour over into your other relationships more naturally. When He gives you things back, be sure to thank Him. Don't ever assume that you have earned it or that it came from your natural gifts. This is important because if you do, then you are making yourself a god in His eyes.
Show that you love God by teaching the next generation about Him. They can't be expected to uphold His standards if they do not know them. We know how we need to live to best teach the next generation. We need to be prepared to answer their questions and defend why we believe what we say we believe. You don't have to know the Bible inside and out perfectly to be able to know why you love God. Do this to love God and you will be living a righteous life.
