Abishua

Abishua means "father of salvation".  Abi is for father and shua is for salvation in Hebrew.  Abishua is a person found in the old testament.  Not is said about him, but he held enough esteem and importance to be listed among the Levite ancestry.
Abishua was the father of Bukki and grandfather of Uzzi.  His father was Phinahas.  Abishua was part of the line of people that invested into Uzzi making him the man that he became.  Being part of making other people great makes you rememberable.
Abishua is the grandfather plus 11 generations to Ezra.  His character as a man kept his name alive in the family history to contribute toward Ezra's name.  We all know that God was with Ezra.  Ezra was devoted to study and observation to God's law.  Did he learn that through the family starting with Abishua?  We will never know, but it is possible.  What we do know is that Ezra taught what he learned to other people.
We have to know who we are in God to be able to fulfill our purpose that he designed just for us.  We have to know who He is.  We have to know the history to avoid making the same mistakes.  We need to teach other people what He reveals to us.  If we do not, then what is it all about?
