Faith Basic Training

When it comes to building your faith, it is boot camp basic training.  There are no short cuts.  You can't become the person you are called to be without going through the hard times that build your character or reveal your weakness.  To have faith you have to believe in Jesus.  You have to believe in the entire truth as it is.  You can't change it to suit your life or wants or to be politically correct.
If you believe, then Satan will test you, but God will give you trials.  There is a difference in the two.  Satan is looking to manipulate you, trip you up, and destroy you.  God is trying to reveal where you need to place more faith and make you strong.  God's trials lead to endurance.  Endurance leads you to be a mature Christian ready for anything.
God has a divine purpose for your life that is perfect.  We live in a world that is corrupt from sin and evil making the world imperfect.  That does not change the fact that God's design for your life is perfect and that you have a purpose.
To be a mature Christian is to be complete.  You lack nothing in your faith.  You are dressed in the armor of God and ready for battle or to go home, your true home.  It does not mean that life stops and that it will all of a sudden be easier.  I just means that you know how to handle it and life by faith instead of what you see happening or how you feel.
Endure for as long as you can and you will build strength. Trust the process.  Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.  Believe that God is with you every moment of your discomfort and that He allows it for your own good.  When you can't take it anymore, then tell God and breath.  He will give you rest, but be ready to jump back in as soon as you have recovered.
