Yahweh Meqaddishkem

Yahweh Mekoddishkem (Yah-weh me-qad-dish-kem)is יְהוָה מְקַדִּשְׁכֶם in Hebrew.  It means the Lord who Sanctifies you or the Lord who makes you Holy.  יְהוָה מְקַדִּשְׁכֶם can also be translated  as Jehovah Mekoddishkem.  Yahweh is YHVH  which means the existing one.   Qâdash is to set apart or make holy.  This is the direct translation from Hebrew.
Yahweh Mekoddishkem describes God s the one who sets you apart for His purpose.  You are set apart at salvation, so it proves that it is not on your own merit but by God's grace.  You see it in how Moses interacts with God to observe the Sabbath.  He made it special.  He set that one day apart to signify the importance in having a relationship with God that is set apart.  He made sure his people understood the importance of putting God first starting with setting 1 day a week aside for Him.
Your relationship with God should be unlike any other relationship.  It should be the most important relationship you have.  You pray to Yahweh Mekoddishkem when you are seeking purpose.  He has a plan and purpose for you life, but that doesn't mean you know it or even understand it.  It is good to pray for clarity or direction.  It is okay to ask God how you are to be set apart and for strength to do it.
Basically it comes down to praying in how you can be more like Jesus in your life.  This is how you become the person you were created to be.  It is a journey that you take with God for the rest of your life.  He helps you to become humble to be a servant, love, forgive, and obedient.  Salvation is a covenant you enter in with God.  He will always be with you and you become holy.  To reject this covenant is to reject God and be separated from Him eternally.

Exodus 31:12-18, Leviticus 20:6-8, 21:13-15, & 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8
